By accessing or using the xScaler Labs platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.


2. Description of Service

xScaler Labs provides a managed, Prometheus-compatible observability backend for storing, querying, and visualizing observability data.


3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your API tokens and credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
  • Transmit malicious code or conduct denial-of-service attacks.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all metrics and telemetry data you send to the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.


6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

8. Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xScaler Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.


10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
